Technical description

SweDoc Elite Series with hydraulic piston for telescopic retractable/extendable projection of inner arm. Design performed with robust steel and all components fully galvanized.

Support wheel with spring suspension makes the SweDock arm easy to manually move sideways. The arm descends when retracting so that the chock head always ends up in a correct position in front and under the truck wheel.

Arm for manual movement of SweDock sideways.

Control Panel with switches, indication lights and user instruction. The operator has full view of events from this position. The light signal changes from red to green to confirm that sufficient tightening force obtained and the chock head is in position.

Bracket on the terminal or wall allows total mobility over the ground in front of the loading bay.

Chock Head in heavy duty design, pin-jointed attachment.

Control cabinet rated for outdoor use with stainless steel leg frame, containing all the necessary electrical components for operation and safety and hydraulic power pack. All functions of the system, in most cases even combined with loading bay, supervised and run by an industrial controller (PLC).

Hydraulic Hoses and Wiring between the control cabinet and the telescopic arm. If the cabinet is placed at a remote distance from the telescope arm than the standard hose installation can be done with piping.

Hydraulic Power Pack in each control cabinet provides power for the telescopic arm operation.

Signals for the operating mode on the inside of the gate with both light and audio alarm.
